Worst customer service/experience ever. Every week we ( extreme Manufacturing) buy lunch for our staff as well as a group called ARC. These individuals are on a work program that come to different organizations in the community. Each week they get to choose a treat or a lunch on us. For two weeks one of the ARC individuals asked for KFC and this particular week we decided to do it. We needed at least 2 16 piece meals with 8 sides to cover everyone.. I looked on the site and realized that these meals also came with some kind of promo item, the cinnamon biscuits. I called at 11:16 AM to see if I could pre - order these meals for 12:00 PM. I spoke to the manager on staff, Lavonshae Boone and she was more than helpful, she said its not something she typically does but can make sure that the order would be ready as it typically takes 45 mins. We work not to far from this location and so I had one of our employees, Matt head over around 12. He had a few other things to pick up so he ran a tad late and arrived at 12:37.Once he got there he was greeted by the cashier and he asked about the order that I had called in.... The manager Ms. Boone, said " you were not here at 12, So i sold all of it". Matt questioned her and she said if he wanted it, she could "re-make it, it would be about 10 mins". The cashier loudly said ( in front of all the guests ) do not let her lie to you like that, she did not even make nor start your order". At that point the manager and the cashier began to argue. The cashier said " you should have done your job and you shouldn't be lying about things like this".
Matt waited for the food for over 45 mins and when he arrived back at the office it was 1:19, ARC was due to leave at 1:30. They barley had time to eat and while they appreciated the meal, I do not appreciate the fact that there is a clear lack of respect in that facility and we will not ever be using KFC in that location ever again.
Not to mention, we were missing the biscuits and the "special promo biscuits".

I have patroned this location for years, and have always been underwhelmed. Tonight, however, took the proverbial cake! Not only did they not have several menu items available I requested (They were out of the product, nothing discontinued) they didn't even have something as simple as sweet tea. After finally managing to order something they had in stock, I pulled up to the window and was never greeted, thanked, or even told that the bag they handed out was my entire order. Unsurprisingly, after parking to ensure my order was correct, I found they messed up on one of the items, and proceeded inside to have the issue fixed. The employee looked at me and simply asked "What did we do wrong?" Nothing else. No apologies, no welcome or goodbye. I informed the employee what the order should have been and he eventually haphazardly dropped the "fixed" box in front of me, after standing there for twenty more seconds I assumed that was the end of it, as they couldn't even say goodbye, and I left. Read moreWhat a disgrace! The place is a dump! The attitude of the staff is management is disgraceful. First, the person waiting on me did not know which pieces comprise white or dark meat. Then I was given the wrong change, and the weak individual argues with me. I demand to speak with a manager who takes her sweet time speaking with me. When I explained the problem, Taz, the manager, stated that the cash drawer had to be counted. After "counting" the cash drawer she stated that the drawer was correct and that I was lying. Her attitude was flippant, arrogant, rude, and racist. Unfortunately, KFC does not provide contact information for district or regional offices (probably because they would be swamped with complaints).
