I still have a few fond memories of the * Forever Infamous * Five Dollar Footlong Subs that Subway used to have... I sure do miss the short-lived favorites of so many people. Due to Rise in costs and inflation across the entire world economic forum ( and void 🙈🙉🙊) Of course, there are a plethora of other things that compile and help the over inflated prices we see on the menus of today's world. But, those prices and the variants that make up the reasons for elevated price points are merely a sign of the times. At least the sandwiches are still relatively cost effective and healthier than most of the other Fast Service Food vendors out there. I have been enjoying Subway myself, for a couple decades now. I recommend people try eating at Subway instead of "The Golden Arches" establishment and the rest of the Convenience Fastfood service providers.... You might just find out, that what you get and its value is actually not a negative thing after all. We waited an extremely long time as there was only one employee working, and unfortunately she was moving at a very slow pace. Even with four customers waiting in line, she focused on to-go orders instead, repeatedly asking if anyone was there for online pickups—everyone said no, yet she continued. On top of that, the quality of the food was poor—many of the vegetables were not fresh at all. The cucumbers and pickles were dried out, while the spinach and lettuce were wilted and brown. Nothing about the experience felt fresh or up to the standards I expect from Subway.
