Went through the drive-thru order three items &;based on the light up board estimated my total. When I got to the window it was $4 MORE than what the light up board at the drive-thru said it should be. Manager Jasmine said they have no control over the prices on the light up board & changing them so the burritos that I ordered were $2 more each than what the light up board reflected. Manager Jasmine refused to adjust the price based on what the light up board showed. I asked Mgr Jasmin "you're going to throw this stuff away now instead of making things right by correcting the prices to reflect the prices shown on the drive thru?" She said yes. Never once did she say she was sorry or offered an apology. Just shrugged it off. I let her know I'm making a review online & I asked for a number to corporate & she refused & didn't seem to care. I guess looking back I'm glad I didn't get my order made here because who knows what kind of sloppy mess they would have put together based on how they treat their customers simply at the window. I will never come here again , I will tell every person on the planet that I encounter to never go to Taco Bell especially this location & I work w/over 600 people in a cell phone call center so word travels fast... too bad Taco Bell & way to go w/hiring your managers... They really seem SOOO concerned w/making sure the customer is happy & taken care of properly & honorably. Maybe you should fix your light up boards instead of misleading your customers & basically lying & strong-arming them at the window to just go ahead & pay for their order at a higher rate because they've already taken their time & waited & that's very dishonorable. Why even let the cooks hand food out to the customers if they treat their customers like losers? The management is always hidden in the back, the employees hide from lobby guests unless there's a line. Unless you verbally check your whole order you won't get half of what you asked for since the cook is so incredibly lazy and unmotivated to even check the order receipt to make sure you got everything. Every time I place an online order all the employees take off and go hang out in the back. Last time I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for a meal they made me order at the kiosk instead of in person and then acted like I was being mean to them when I asked if it was going to be made any time soon. I was the only person in the lobby. They left when I came in and avoided me immediately. They straight up hid from me and actively avoided helping me. This time they upped the ante by helping me in a super condescending way and complaining about me asking for the drink I ordered. Taco Bell employees acting like their life is over doing their job. I work 65 hours a week to spend my money on a food experience just to end up watching someone do a 4-5 hour shift, 25 hours a week in a sloppy, disrespectful way and ask for money for it. Why even show up? I keep asking myself the same question and I'll probably end up avoiding this location forever despite being right by my house. Pretty sad having to drive 25 miles to a Taco Bell just to have employees treat you like a human being. Avoid this location...
Read moreI am very disappointed at this Taco Bell in that they put a trespassing warrant against a senior and that management considers well I guess Tori is management that she was justified and that she felt threatened by this senior. Supposedly the senior asked for lightning Mountain Dew I cannot tell you how many times this particular senior comes into this Taco Bell a week at least 2 to 3 times every month and orders diet Mountain Dew. Did Tori this a wonderful assistant manager repeat back to the customer that we do not carry lightning Mountain Dew or did she just say well we don’t carry that. Did she repeat back did you ask for lightning Mountain Dew as we don’t carry that did she repeat this back to the senior I assume not. So this senior believing that he stated diet Mountain Dew which he has always gotten there and that this particular Tori is ignoring him becomes agitated with the situation and leaves to go somewhere else to eat. Then realizes that he never did get his food so when he goes back there basically Tori throws his food on the counter supposedly and he refuses it cause he’s not sure what has been done to his food in retaliation just wants his money back. Tori gave him a number to contact management or corporate but it’s just an IT number. So he does get contacted by managements like well you said lightning Mountain Dew and yes you have been trespassed you are not allowed in our restaurant anymore. So disrespectful to a senior so disappointing that you treat seniors this way and myself I will never ever go back into this Taco Bell if this is the way you treat older people...
