Pure Lure Brand House — Local services in Ocean City

3 years ago in Ocean City, the hubby needed some shorts. We went into a store and purchased some Pure Lure shorts and have not turned back since. Ladies (no more cargo shorts)! Weather your having fun or fishing, these shorts are very versatile, especially in the heat. You can dress them up or down. Men normally are not shoppers and finding these shorts makes shopping much easier for him and myself. He goes in and knows exactly what he wants and makes the purchase. We either go into store if we happen to be in the area or I order online. Orders come very quick and if customer service is needed they are top notch, quick to respond and resolve any issues. I have also purchased shorts and shirts for my father and sons, (ages,19,34 & 74) and for the mates who work on my husbands charter boat, who all like them. All of their clothings is well made and holds up. Ladies, they also have cute clothing for us too. Recently we were shopping in their store in west Ocean City, MD and actually met the owner Brendan Hanley. He is very personable and down to earth. I found out about Pure Lure on a trip to Ocean City in July of 2021. Both their product and customer service came highly recommended, and upon checking it out for the first time was overly impressed by both. Having been so pleased with what I bought a year ago, I made a return trip to the brand house this past weekend. After making several purchases, I later realized that I misplaced my wallet after leaving. A phone call to the store lead to the owner and his staff showing genuine concern in efforts to find it. These efforts continued into the next day as well as having IT personnel review video footage. My wallet was eventually found. Who does this? Genuinely good people who care for others. You only have to visit once to be made to feel like a friend or family to these people! I just want to say there not enough stars to rate the business. My wife and I were down there for our honeymoon. I stopped at the store and was walking up to the front door to see if they were open that day. The sign said they were closed that day it was a Wednesday in the off season. As I was walking back to the car to tell my wife we would have to try to stop there the next day before we left for the long ride back north the owner bought me and said you can come in it’s more then fine to come check it out.
