Their staff is knowledgeable and expert in the art of fishmonger or fishwifery and are trained at selecting and handling, gutting, boning, filleting, displaying, merchandising a fresh and delicious product.
In addition, their new small restaurant has a super location overlooking the canal with boat slips harboring the fishing boats that ply the Atlantic and bring Martin's their wares.
The portions here are ample, the seafood fresh, the style of cuisine that of the Delmarva.
