I've been coming to EoS Fitness since they opened, primarily because it's in my neighborhood and easy to get to. I'm not a person who loves working out, but being older, I do know fitness and strength are important to the length and quality of my life. EoS is a busy place, 24/7. Certain times are particularly busy. They have all kinds of classes from yoga to spinning. I love the nice 3-lane lap pool and hottub which I used to rehab a knee after surgery. You'll find all ages and body types here, especially now in 2024, so you don't need to worry about your body image. There are always some of the "I'm in love with my body-" types who are flexing and doing selfies in the bathroom mirrors, posing and admiring themselves (even though cameras are not supposed to be used in the locker rooms). Besides all that, this is a gym with lots of equipment and amenities, rooms with leg compression chairs, Theraguns, and massage chairs, childcare, pool, hot tub , classes, and trainers. Nice, clean locker rooms (they have someone cleaning throughout the day which impressed me). I signed up for four months of personal training with April and absolutely love her. I had very specific needs and goals and with her help. I'm achieving them. The trainers are excellent and worth the price if you're serious about your fitness and health. Some are also nutritionists.
So, bottom line - whether you're large or small; fit or flabby; young or old - -you'll find...
