I Pre-ordered the Kingdom Hearts Funko pop Mystery box from this location. I never received a phone call from this store to pick up my Pre-order. I then was notified on my Gamestop app that the item was in stock. My husband tried to pick up the Pre-order and was told there was nothing to be picked up. I waiting a day thinking maybe they haven't gotten the shipment in yet. I go to pick up the box and they tell me they are sold out. I asked "How?" because it was a Pre-order that was paid in full. They never set it aside and then blamed their regional manager stating he had taken some to another location. "Why were they on the floor if you were suppose to set aside Pre-orders?" I got no response. I asked for the regional managers number and they told me they didn't have it because he was new. One of the guys wasn't wearing a name tag so I didn't get his name. Every single time you try to ask about a product that the phone app says that they have in stock, they claim it isn't in stock or held for someone else. They then try to always say that their location can't be seen online but again, that is false. You can see them quite easily using the phone application. Went in there once to buy a fighting stick that was said to be in stock. Of course, they don't have it. Drive to a different location quite far off base to get one. A few weeks later I go back to this location and the manager states they had the fight stick for quite some time. I've been sold the wrong headsets before despite saying exactly what I needed. Anytime I need to trade things in, they're always done trading for the day and try again in a couple of days. Honestly, just save yourself a headache and go to a different...
