I really don't know how they keep customers coming to this location. The past three times I have been in this store for a purchase they have been extremely rude and disrespectful. First time we waited a hour to finally talk to a rep just for the employees to let someone who just walked in to take our place. If the people working the desk don't know how to deal with customers in a professional manner, they shouldn't work in customer service related jobs. They almost didn't help me when I told them that my anxiety was getting high. They said I could go to a different store if I was having an anxiety problem....

The staff is very friendly and caring they made sure I left with the best phone for the line of work I do. I have went to other locations and this location is beyond the best location here in Odessa. All other locations seem not to care about your needs. This location made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked threw the door. They provided different options as far as purchasing a device even told me about a payment plan which I ended up doing. Thank you for the best...
