Girl in the purple or orange, with the nose ring was SO rude today. Ordered a small coffee and a large water only gave me a small straw. When i finally got my coffee and asked for a large straw she stated i already handed them to you. I said no you just gave me a small, where she then rolled her eyes and handed me a large. Ok girly weird hill to die on. Don’t know if the straws come out of her paycheck or what but beware asking for a straw if they forget to give it to you. I got there at 9:50 p.m. (they close at 10), waited 9 minutes while the staff just chatted, and no one acknowledged me.

When it was finally my turn, they closed right in front of me, even though they saw me waiting. After I said something, they served me—but with zero kindness.

No phone number asked, no chance to say how I like my coffee (just no ice), and the attitude? Not great.
