When my husband and I moved here four years ago we were impressed with the facilities and professionalism of the staff. While the rent was higher than any other place we've lived it was the most bang for our buck. We came from a situation where we paid half as much for a condo that was the same size as our current apartment and designed/built with higher quality materials. Since then our rent has continued to increase and since the market is booming in this area we are stuck. It's unfortunate when companies take advantage of the people who happen to live in a region of the country where the economy is at an all time high. Unfortunately, we are not reaping the benefits of this booming economy, not everyone is in the oil business. My husband and I are both in education (a valuable profession) and work hard to make ends meet. We would find a different place to live but unfortunately, as I eluded to earlier, we are stuck. If we were paying 800 to 1000 dollars a month I would say what a deal. However, we are paying over 1600 dollars a month. The work out facility is small and some of the machines don't work, the pool isn't open when it is suppose to be (I've had to tell my two year old daughter multiples times in the past two weeks that we can't go swimming because the pool is locked), I have to fight with my front door key to make it work, the carport is poorly designed, and when the staff made a mistake on our rent four years ago (they neglected to bill us for one of the fees on the original lease) they called us this year us and demanded that we take care of the fee immediately; not giving us any kind of time to come up with the money. I can't wait to finally get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will save everyone the hassle of going through what I did with this Apartment Complex. I just recently moved out from living here for 3 years, spent 3 straight days cleaning the whole apartment, shampooing the carpet, cleaning the walls, etc. Long story short, they ended up charging me for literally everything I cleaned, stating it was not clean, even charged for there being a little dust on the A/C vent. Charged for carpet, which in my opinion should be replaced anyways after someone living for 3 years. I was also charged for a pet fee (never had a pet in that apartment since I lived there). If you ever live here be ready to get out your checkbook because they will charge you for every spec of dust they can find when you move out. 6ā deep water entrance when just the sprinklers are on, lose mailed packages, rude management, garage that I pay $100 a month for extremely damaged before move in and they wouldnāt fix it or come down on price. The management will lie straight to your face, rather you have proof or not and will not take blame for anything that is their fault. Plus they said I couldnāt receive my move in deposit due to it being owned by another company out of the 2 or 3 management companies I had while I was there. It is a very sad excuse of a āfamily friendly apartmentā Iād rather live in my car than stay...
