I hate to put negative feedback....

I put 0 stars! Called multiple time before my appt while driving, and up on arrival, asked for managers discretion to take me for delivery on friday, running late due to 1st drop delay appt was 8.30am Arrived 9.50am

Called explained situation, offered to cover overtime, i arrived and see trucks still unloading on the docks and trucks went in behind me.

No heart at all, really sad broken 💔.

Did all i could to get the job done, feels like receiving doesnt want the product they ordered. Or managment doesnt care that truck driver cant get anywhere if the load has not delivered.

I feel like manager could have made exception to unload a truck and would not be such a problem... with people working inside unloading trucks. Instead he said, "nothing you can say or nothing you can do for us to unload you" To stay deal with loaded trialer on friday, i will think twice before coming next time to this location.

Now i have all this extra time Typing this feedback...

I was a little worried to deliver here with all the bad comments... turns out my experience here was positive. At the gate you have a phone number to call and you need to have your po number ready. directions were clear and simple.

they suggest you arrive 30 mins before your appointment but no earlier than 1 hour before so thats what i did i arrived 45 mins before my appointment time and turns out i left within an hour. now i only had 3 skids so i cant say if i had a truck load but all the personnel was very friendly and efficient from...

This is soo Damm the wearhouse1st they have no respect the semi drives ! 2nd Is they to waste your important time u in this wearhouse 6 to 7 hour 3rd is noo any listen your inside when u waiting to take Paper work 4th is u have to be pay lamper fees then u after give the paper 2 hours later 5th is don't book the any load when u come delivery this address load they waste your soo important time to other pickup load 6th I if u waste the important time this is good place your waste the time don't come to 2nd time here...
