Assist Wireless — Local services in Oklahoma City

Terrible experience. I have been coming here every day this week to try and get approved for a phone. I bring in all my documents just be told I am pending to show up again today just to be told I need to bring in my documents AGAIN. There are 30 people that work for this company in the back of the store with only 1 man running the front counter with over 5-10 people waiting at any given time. Over 3 hours wait just to speak to someone to figure out what you need to bring to get service. This is unbelievably unprofessional and just plain rude. Just because we need help don’t mean we have all the time in the world to wait for service like this. I am going to be fired from my job because I don’t have a phone. Took an S5 phone in to buy another,the sale's representative behind the tape and counter sold me a Moto Z compared the size with another person's phone and I said oh it's bigger than mine, he said yes and sat the other phone down and was showing me the features of turning on the flashlight. Long story short, whenever he gave me this Moto Z and my phone back I said You didn't compare my phone you compared another phone next to this Moto Z. He said they don't have mine in stock . Normally, I have a positive experience when coming into this Assist location. Gabriel is awesome and always tries his best to get you the best deal he can. This last trip however, was less than copasetic. Trying to get a working phone after losing the phone I had received previously, turned into one issue after another, for reasons I was unable to accomplish such a trivial and mundane task... Oh well, phone situation is now resolved, but I had to use my brothers phone plan to get it done. Next time I visit this store, things will work out...
