El Dicho/Mèlange Kitchen — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This place is great! I stated a new job and was looking for something close. Google showed me El Dicho. The pics online looked good, so, I thought I would try it out. The hostess/server greeted me right away and seated me. She was all smiles and very courteous. The pics of the Gorditas drew my attention so that is what I ordered. At $3 a piece I went with three. An asada, a pastor and the server recommended the head meat since they were out of lingua. They gorditas were simple. Just meat, onion and cilantro. But the sauces. Oh the sauces. This is such a lovely restaurant! My first time eating here and the food was delicious and definitely home made food if you're looking for authentic Mexican food. The cake was delicious and our entrees were as well. They offer a lot on their menu for different plates served and the strawberry smoothie was so delicious; it came in a large mug 🍺! We came across this place with a quick Google search and ARE SO FREAKING HAPPY we came across this place. Each staff member was so kind and so helpful! The food is absolutely worth the trip!
