Originally I had left a 1 star review because the Nespresso my wife and I purchased was really dirty and didn't work after opening the box and trying it. We didn't try to return it because the receipt said "all sales are final" and the machine was already given to visiting friends by the time it was opened and tested. The owners responded the same day and asked if I'd like to bring it back it for a replacement to assured me that they test all electronics and really tried to remedy the whole situation. Such great customer service and it's nice to see how much they care about their customers. Will definitely...

If I wanted used stuff or wanted something that is in damaged boxes id go to the flea market. The prices are horrible for something that could be broken. Id give 0 stars if it would let me. I don't see how this place has 5 stars the people that are rating it must work there....
