Dropped off some paperwork/verification for a client. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was no wait.
However, I brought with me over 200 pages of verification that had to be scanned to the caseworker who works from home. Unfortunately, the scanned images were illegible. The caseworker is going to try to get ahold of the hardcopies. My elderly client is desperate for these services, so I'm hoping that there is a good resolution and that we don't have to start over collecting the paperwork/verification, which took over a month to obtain.
There needs to be a better system to make sure this doesn't happen again. Perhaps the person imaging the verification needs to look through scanned files to make sure everything is...

Read moreA homeless man came in to use the bathroom. He came to the counter and told the lady he needed toilet paper. She went to the back and told personnel then came back to the front desk. Several minutes passed and the man asked again for the toilet paper. She replied it might be hours before they can fit it into their schedule.
