I would not recommend this place to family/friends. Derian was the one who did the interior detail on my car. He was nice and professional. I took my car at 4:45pm so I was the last car of the day. At 6:14 pm he calls that its ready for pickup. He opened the driver’s door and left rear door to look at what he did. I just peaked inside which was a mistake on my part. I made the error of not inspecting the car thoroughly. It was at a sketchy place where he was the only one there. He told he also did the trunk even though it wasn't included. The trunk was spotless and clean before I took it in. I didn't like that he did that when I didn't ask for him to do the trunk. I had my mom waiting for me in her car outside the gate. When I got home, I removed all the floor mats because the carpet was soaked underneath. I left the windows/doors open all through the night, because the seats were also soaked. There was a spot that I went over with my hand that left soap residue on my hand. He left my car seats with water stains. He didn't dry the seatbelt locks so that contributed to the water stains near the seatbelt locks. I feel that he over soaked the car seats. He didn't pay much attention to detail. Door Jambs & Windows In & Out weren’t cleaned. The car wasn't vacuumed well, I found trash when under the mats. The gear shift wasn't vacuumed either. He created a new marking on the passenger door fabric that wasn't there before. I should've inspected the car better at pickup and before paying but I'm a young girl doing this for the first time. I didn't like he asked for a tip because I'm already paying for the service. I did leave a tip because I'm dumb. I feel like my car is worse off now than before.

Interior detailing price is $175 before taxes/tip. It's cheaper than other detailers in the area I saw on google, but it’s cheaper for a reason.

My car was serviced on 9/28. I waited to send him an email until the car fully dried. I sent him an email about it, he replied with an apology and offered a free interior detail. I emailed him back accepting the offer for the interior detail, but he didn't reply to set it up. On 10/10 I sent him another email because I hasn't heard back for him about scheduling the interior detail but no response. At this point if he still wanted to make it right, it would be a refund so I can go somewhere else and get it fixed.

I am blown away with not only how amazing my car looks/smells but at the professionalism and kindness provided. Due to the weather, Derian and I both agreed rescheduling would be best, since it was originally scheduled to be at my home and was only 28 degrees. Not only was I able to reschedule but for the very next day, on a Sunday, which is normally a day they’re closed but because I’m 34 weeks pregnant and prepping the car seat etc. Derian rescheduled us for the very next day, again, on a Sunday. That was so generous and heartfelt, I am extremely happy with this whole process. The online booking is so easy and pricing is very much reasonable. Professional from day one. First phone call was a great first impression and I really enjoyed working with his scheduler as well. All around awesome experience. I called not expecting a lot, I’ll be honest as we have felt like we are a pain for inquiring in the past with car detailers and they push out the appt as far as possible and we have to leave our car with them for at least 2-3 days. Not this place! He was able to come to my home (!!!) the same day I inquired which was absolutely amazing. We have trashed our family van as a busy family of 6 and when I saw it after the job was complete i couldn’t believe my eyes. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot as a brand new car.
