Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean, and reasonably affordable. The parking lot is spaced out to offer as many parking spots as possible in that space and I've never had trouble finding a spot but if you go during their busiest times your mileage may vary. There are TVs playing local news and random shows, a drinks vending machine and one for laundry detergents and whatever you might need to wash your clothes, and seats as well as folding stations. If you bring cash you get $2 extra added for every $20 so it's worth it to do that instead of paying by card when refilling your laundry card. Speaking of, if you lose it it's $1 to replace it but the rest of the money on there is saved so if you lose things easily or forget yours at home it's an easy fix. If you'll be there a while bring a book or headphones and relax while you wait.

I've used their wash & fold service on occasion as a treat. They get everything ready for you quickly. It's worth the convenience, though that also depends on how much you need to wash and your finances.

The bottom line is I've tried about six other places nearby and this one is the best. It's the newest one so all the machines are clean and shiny, the 🚻 bathroom is well-maintained, and the owner and staff are all lovely and glad to assist. I wouldn't go...

I came for the 50% grand opening special, I'm staying for the cleanliness, modern look, updated machines, and some of the friendliest staff and owner I've ever met! And for me, paying from my phone and never having to keep track of a laundry card again is absolutely the best feature!

The washers are also efficient enough to get more moisture out during your spin cycle so you save time on your dryers. I also noticed the clothes come out of the dryers cool to the touch, making it safe for when my daughter comes to help me with the wash. The machine itself was also cool to the touch, so I don't have to think twice about her burning herself like at other places.
