Bought a truck here because it was a good price. When I test drove the truck I told them I heard an odd noise and was told by them it’s normal so I didn’t worry about it. Come to find out a a month later that the noise I heard was the exhaust manifold and yes it’s under warranty but it’s back ordered and instead of the dealer fixing the issue they wanted a quick sale because they didn’t wanna wait for the part or they actually don’t look at trucks that are traded in. The second issue not even a week later after purchasing the truck the traction control, abs and no 4x4 lights came on. I notified the dealer about it and they wouldn’t give me a yes or no if they would fix it for free or not and I wasn’t gonna drive 2 hours there and not have a ride home if needed without a answer. So I had a different dealer look at it and they found that when the gooseneck plate was installed they pinched the wire and tried to hide it. (I was told the olivia Chrysler didn’t install it when I asked) the bill was $750 I asked if they would pay the bill the bill after a few days the sales guy said they could pay half. A few days went by without hearing back so I called and spoke to the sales manager who said he knew nothing about it and was very rude the hole time on the phone. THAT PISSED ME OFF so I decided I was gonna drive 2 hours there just to prove a point when I got there I found the sales manager who said “i wrote the check yesterday and need a second signature” I asked when the second guy could sign the check he said later this afternoon so I went and got food and waited around after 4 hours I went back in and asked if I could grab the check he said “not today” because the second guy wouldn’t be there today which was a lie from what he said earlier in the day. So I said can I please just get something written in paper that says your actually gonna send it to me then the sales manager said “no” and started to throw a fit and walked away. Then came back with a copy of the refund sheet with the top part of the check and said have a nice day all snobby. $300 isn’t a big deal but when the sales manager wants to act that way it becomes a big deal. I would recommend going to a different dealer at least until that guy is gone. The rest of the people...
Read moreVery disappointed. I am not one to find the bad in things or complain. I bought a 19 Ram from them, when looking it over before a test drive there was a check engine light. They were good enough to bring it in and run the code and offered to replace the part, which was great. While signing papers they informed me they have to keep the truck to replace the part and I should be able to pick it up in a week or two. A few days later they called saying they had a hail storm come through and the truck received a good amount of damage. They informed me it was on me to take care of the damage even though I had not taken the truck into my possession. I told them I dont think thats right and I was willing to meet in the middle to take care of it as they would have a dent repair coming in to fix the other vehicles on their lot as well. I was told he would check into it and wants to make things right. A week and half later I had to reach out to them and ask them about it, also to tell them the fob they gave me was not programmed to my truck. He told me he would look into getting a new one or find time for me to come in to get it reprogrammed. Again I did not receive a call from them so I called back to check on what was going on. He then told me the team of dent repair workers had already left so that was off the table and thought I wanted a new fob instead of repairing the hail damage. Then also informed me the fob was not their responsibility since I received two of them at purchase. After I expressed how I was very disappointed in how I am getting the run around, he said he wants to make things right and would look into finding me a PDR location. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word. I bought a clean truck and received it with substantial hail damage. I was willing to cover their deductible even. It's been very hard to be excited about getting a new vehicle while dealing with them. They will tell you all the things you want to hear and give you the salesman answers with no delivery. I delt with Michelle while purchasing my vehicle and she was great. Unfortunately I can and will not be recommending them to anyone I know. I can not express how disappointing their customer service, after getting their...
Read moreThe most unethical dealer I've ever experienced. Chose not to inform us that the truck had the engine and transmission rebuilt twice before I was looking to buy. Also failed to tell me the truck had previously been in an accident. Throughout the sales pitch they put the rush rush on us and didn't make us feel welcome.
After finding all this information out on my own, they refused to do anything to fix the situation. They would say they'd call me back tomorrow, but they never called.
They actually thought it was a good thing the engine had been rebuilt at 60k miles, and again at 72k miles... no idea how that's a good thing in any way, shape or form.
The most unethical, incompetent car dealer I've ever seen with the worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't even entertain shopping here unless you want to be...
