Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work. The words that I have to describe my confidence in myself after an appointment with her are none because I just have a beautiful woman staring back at me in the mirror and I love her. Nice people, but was quoted $115 for my hair color and ended up being charged $180

I did just one over all color and asked for one small piece of my bangs to be a different color. The stylist told me it would be an additional $30 but it didn’t look very good, I asked the manager if I could get that small portion fixed and she said that it would be a separate appointment/separate cost.

I cannot say enough good things about Concepts. I had an exceptional customer service experience today. Covid still continues to make things unpredictable! When my appointment was rescheduled, the entire staff worked together to find me a new appointment. I was not only pampered but amazed by the excellent care I received.
