I need to review my post to give this company a full five stars! After I posted this review about how unhappy I was with my dealing with Elisa llana jewelry I had a phone call from Adam Langdon, son of Laurie Langdon, creator of the company, from his personal cell phone apologizing and asking how he could help to fix the problem. Between the two of us we worked out that it was the local post office that was entirely incapable of getting this taken care of in time, it was not the fault of their company at all. Instead of making me wait for the piece to get back to them before refunding the amount paid, he had a refund processed that day. I ended up getting something different for birthday present, but I will definitely use this company in the future. It's not often that you get a phone call from somebody's personal mobile phone, especially an owner, trying to rectify a situation. It was pure class and I have to say well done Adam!
Do not use this company they ruined my mom 75th birthday. I ordered a charm to be delivered to a rental cabin in Blue ridge mountains from my mom's 75th birthday. I accidentally use their website it looked like the Pandora website that I usually use what a mistake. They addressed the delivery to an incomplete address even though I gave them the full address. I receive notice that the package have been returned to sender after it arrived Blue ridge without the full address. Upon questioning the company Rob stated that they would have to wait until they received the package back which I couldn't see any of the tracking information on that so I have no idea when it was going to arrive before they could do anything about it. If they knew it was coming back my question was why couldn't they send another one to the proper address that was given as to not ruined the birthday surprise but this was something that they were completely uninterested in even though it was their fault for not dressing it to the proper address. Then when I said since it's not going to make it on time there's no point in me even getting it now at which point they said will the process a refund once they receive it again completely unbothered about whether they had my business at all. The lack of care the lack of professionalism and the general lack of not being bothered whether or not my birthday surprise was success was deeply disappointing I would never use this company again and it's probably going to take me to get a refund. Pandora should really rethink having them as a qualified supplier of their product as I've never had any issues with Pandora in the past and their products. Disappointed zero...
Read moreI went in on Saturday morning to purchase 2 Pandora bracelets for some very dear friends of mine. I got a them the charm that says Friends are the family you choose. I parked my car and there was a gentleman coming in the store as well. He held the door open for me and walked a couple steps into the store turned to me and said "how can I help you today?" I was like wow this person just walked in the door hadn't even had a chance to see what was happening and he already was focused on the people in the store to help. I told him what I was looking for from Pandora and he showed me the bracelets and I chose the silver with the heart clasp for both friends. Then I asked about the puzzle piece friends charm and he showed me what it looked like but it just didn't seem to hit me so I asked about one he showed me on the iPad. It said friends are the family you choose. You could read the writing perfectly and the detail around the circle was beautiful. I chose that one. He tried to explain to me that I needed something for myself and while I have my eye on a charm it just wasn't the right time for me. He boxed everything up in nice boxes and put them in bags with tissue paper and even added a bow to each package. He asked for all my information for receipt and after I paid he handed me the boxes and said that it was a pleasure to have me in the store. I've been to stores before and purchased things but there is something special about that store. They really listen to what you want and help you find everything you need. I purchased a storywheel charm for my mother for Christmas on December 18th and paid extra for expedited shipping along with receiving 40% off as it was advertised (no promo code needed). I got a call 3 days before Christmas telling me that my storywheel is now on back order and they can not even give me a date of when they think it will be available. I made the decision to wait for the storywheel as my Mother already has a few of them and I know she really wanted that specific one. The only thing they said they could do for me was waive the expedited shipping, which they should considering the circumstances. It is now February 5th and I decided since I still have not heard from them about the status of my order I gave them a call. They said they had called me and left a message, which I did not receive because I was out of the country. They told me today that they still do not have an idea to when the charm will be ready and now I can no longer receive the 40% off because for some reason that specific charm is not eligible for that discount and never was despite the fact the website clearly allowed me to checkout the charm at the 40% off not using a promo code. They claimed it must have been a "glitch" on their website. The only thing they said they could do for me was give me free expedited shipping.
