Terrible place to order doordash the doordash service is great but everytime I order from this location they mess up the order and I called for a refund last time and this time the person who answered the phone didn't speak English and there wasn't anybody else to help I tried to get her to send me a new sandwich through doordash because I dont have a vehicle and she kept telling me its fine bring in I give you new one and I told her my oder name and she didn't understand what I was saying and kept repeating to me the wrong name and I kept te)ing her the name and she kept getting it wrong so k called a different location and they were nice but couldn't help since it wasn't at that location so I called this location ix and not once did they answer I am now very upset and hungry and crying because I'm pregnant and emotional and...

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and not just tonight but seems to be a bad experience more often times than not. I've started going to other locations despite this being so close.
