Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Omaha

Service is inconsistent. Came in to treat myself, but I had 4 of my 6 kids with me...all under 4 years old. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes while the employee was taking a phone in order. Had to distribute the desserts I was planning on buying the kids and direct them to sit down to in order to gain some control over the long wait the employee didn't even bother to acknowledge. Fine, sometimes that happens when one has so many little kids. Finally I get to order...which was super awkward because the employee didn't even say anything to me..I said, "hi, I sat my kids down with 4 desserts." He punched in that at the till and then just looked at me, so I proceeded with my order.. Total one sided interaction other than he was responding to what I was saying by entering my order and gave me the total & change. Had to ask for the drink I ordered. Number Stand he gave me was dirty and gross. My food comes out so covered in buffalo sauce it's barely edible. More like a buffalo chicken soup with the sauce as broth...never had that order come out that way before. I only gave 3 stars because I've been to plenty of noodles and company restaurants and had a 4 or 5 star experience...if I didn't have those other experiences, I would have given 2 stars because the desserts were good but everything else...

Food is always very good and online ordering makes the process super easy. Would give five stars if it weren't for the day I ordered a group order for 4 people and they had to call me, as i was on my way, to change the proteins because their grill was down. While that wasn't their fault, it made things difficult since I was unable to verify with my coworkers what they wanted instead; and then to top it off, they forgot one of my entrees. The manager was incredibly nice and shifts had just changed, so she wasn't the one there originally and gave us 4 free dishes for the next time and also offered to deliver the missed dish if she had had a spare employee to cover. Actually, thinking back on that, that was pretty damn nice so I'm changing their rating to five stars....

I knew I wanted to eat at Noodles on my way to Omaha. This one was convenient, or so I thought. I made it into the Linden HyVee lot and has a little trouble locating the place because it isn't easy to find from the backside. The manager was very friendly and efficient with our orders. I had mac & pulled pork, hubs had spicy Korean noodles, both were very good. Hubby had a second plate of noodles, spaghetti & meatballs. I didn't realize it was close to closing time so that may have been the reason the noodles were a bit hard and the dish wasn't too tasty. I usually go to the one on 72nd St. and always have great quality food. I love N&Co., so I will be a return customer. Restaurant was very clean and the employees seemed...
