I have never been to this salon and was recommended by a friend! I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and my stylist canceled 3 hours before my appointment, as she was sick. No biggie at all I wished her a quick recovery-as I know life happens. We rescheduled for the next weekend and on Saturday I unfortunately had to do the same thing- I actually called the salon struggling badly to cancel as I was having severe chest pain and trouble breathing. I was later rushed by ambulance to the ER. I saw I was charged $70- I emailed the salon three different times explaining the situation in hopes for a refund/or have the $70 applied to a future appointment when I recover and got no reply. I even offered to show the salon my doctors note I showed my employer... even if the answer is no, that is totally ok as I understand there is a cancelation policy and the stylists time is very valuable and that is how they make a living...if my appt was not canceled in the first place we wouldn't be here...we both got sick and I was in the hospital... It's just completely unprofessional to not reply to your customers- again even if the answer is no COMMUNICATE that. I don't care for a response or a refund at this point. I see there is a review similar to mine just four months ago- stylist canceled because she was sick then the client canceled the next appt and was charged... how does that make sense? stylist can cancel right before the appointment and bring inconvenience to customers but if the client needs to cancel right before you get charged... EVEN if you're being rushed to...

I'll be honest, I was really, really excited to get my hair done here for the first time, but unfortunately was not a good experience. When I got there I was nicely greeted but when the hair stylist took me back, I could tell she wasn't feeling it, was super quiet and just didnt seem happy to be there. Hardly talked to me at all and barely even looked at the photo I brought for a reference. Ended up "blending" my hair which was opposite of what I asked for, and I already have fine hair. My hair had been growing since my first was born and it's been over 4 years of growing my hair to get its length ( more than half way down my back). Well after she messed up the first time, I went back for her to correct it which she was nice enough to try and do,,,but even more disappointed when all was said and done cause my hair ended up being way shorter than I wanted and still nothing like the pictures I brought. I don't think some hair stylist realize what a BIG deal cutting someone's hair off can be, and showing no interest in making sure from the VERY BEGINNING that you know what your client wants is kinda weird. Also, the anxiety some people get when confronting a "professional " about if they are cutting your hair right can be awkward and make people feel bad. Hair stylist need to be very mindful and confident that they understand what the client wants and is comfortable with their own talents to know if they can actually do the haircut, specially if...

I went as a treat my husband set up for me. Looked it up online to see why a hair cut was so expensive! When it said 35 online I wanted my eyebrows done as well and only got them dyed not shaped. I left a little confused should a cut shampoo and eye color dye just dyeing my brows be 88 bucks I would have gotten my eyebrows done way better from brow and lashes. I didn’t shower once I got home for an entire day after. I just showered today and everything washed off it’s like I got nothing done. I will never EVER be back, then after it all they make me sign a contract that I’ll be charged for half of the services if I’m a couple minutes late and didn’t call. I understand how that is a problem but she proceeded to tell me the only thing they would accept as a reason is death or something off that statue. Over all just not my cup of tea as a stay at home mom who barely gets to treat her self. Also my hair feels really terrible from whatever products were used, probably just hair spray the shampoo smelt great but my hair isn’t healthy.
