0 doubt in my mind, this is the WORST Culver's I have ever been to! I live about 7 minutes from this store, and only about 6 months ago learned of it being here. Before when I wanted my fix, I would drive out to nearly 156th to be fulfilled. However, both visits have been beyond disappointing. First stop was about 4 months ago, went through the drive through, order my things, my fiance wanted a Brownie blast concrete, the little trollop on the mic said that they were no longer making those for the night. Mind you it was only 6 o' clock on Saturday night. So annoyed, and feeling as though we were lied too, we wanted to just get her food and we would get Cold Stone if anything. At the window, the little girl is giving us attitude, and carelessly reaches out of the window handing my fiance the bag and letting it go before she had her hand on it. Luckily it hit the door where the window slides into and my fiance caught it in time. We are now both aggravated about that, but were told to pull forward to leave, I began going through the bag. Take a fry to taste its freshness and i have her pull into a parking spot. The fry tasted like I had been sitting under a heat lamp for a month. It was hard, not fresh at all. That being the 3rd strike I went it, demanded a manager, made it very clear what the issue was. Also pointed out that standing along the back wall was eating a Brownie Concrete. She was unaware of us being told that, informed that what I was told was not true, apologize for the girl's attitude and little stunt, and got us fresh fries. Now I dont expect to be treated like the owner when I drive through any fast food place, but at least want to be shown respect. This store has shown me on 2 separate occasions that they have no integrity or respect.
Granted, my visit last night was not that bad, however my fiance did have to get out of the car, to have them fix her Brownie Concrete.
From now on, I will be traveling to 156th, if I decide to even go back to...
Read moreI came to the drive thru here for a scoop of the flavor of the day. It didn't taste bad but was disappointing in that it had no actual peaches but it's called Peach Crisp. I wouldn't buy it again unless it contained real fruit.
The real reason I'm giving this review though, has nothing to do with food quality, and everything to do with setup and operation for the drive thru.
I decided to stop here during a short work break. There was a line but I figured I could spare the few minutes of waiting, and it was moving at a decent pace.
I got to the window, and my Frozen Custard was ready basically immediately, which was a relief since I was in a rush. I paid and pulled away from the window, only to have to stop just a few feet ahead.
There were cars waiting in the drive thru line for their orders, and the arrangement of this waiting area made it impossible to get through to leave. I, and many others, sat there, after I pulled away from the window, for about 15 minutes while I waited for customers to receive their orders. There wasn't enough room to squeeze by since the customer directly in front of me was in a large truck and at the corner part of the exit. So, I ended up being very late getting back to work, while the entire line was at a standstill. This is really just uncalled for and bad planning. I figured an employee it management would come out soon to remedy the situation by having the waiting customers pull into the parking lot to wait, but it never happened. I just sat there and finished my entire custard in the time it took for Culver's to prepare the orders for those waiting to receive them. I'll never go back to this location if I see there is even a hint of cars in...
Read moreThis place is stunningly, shockingly, nearly-hilariously bad! I mean, I kept wondering if a hidden camera crew was going to come out and tell us we were the objects of a prank.
There was non-stop bellering coming from the kitchen area. 4-6 kids standing around the drive-thru area doing nothing. ANGRY people, who had waited half-hour for their drive-thru order to come to them, were coming in to see what was going on. Half-dozen angry dine-in customers standing up front holding up their "number tent."
I waited over 20 minutes after placing a VERY simple order: 2 single butter burger baskets. When I went to the counter, and FINALLY got the attention of one of the 10+ employees standing around, nobody had ANY clue where my order was. Half-hour after ordering, we got our order - lukewarm burgers that had were obviously made 25 minutes earlier, and a couple sleeves of something that kind of resembled 1/2" french fries. It was SO bad.
During the hour we were there, I am positive that they got more orders wrong than right. Angry customers were everywhere. It was simply unbelievable.
SO bad. We will NEVER patronize this restaurant again.
*EDIT: I reached out to Culvers - as their bot below asked - and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. I have gone through several channels attempting to contact Culvers directly. ...
