Single Mom here, I have ordered pick-up from this location quite a bit over the last couple of years. On 9/1, I had a class and ordered dinner for pick-up from this location. The online pay portal billed my account over and over again (see screenshot). The amount of transactions left me with $2 in my account. I wasn't angry because I had faith Qdoba would help me to resolve the situation. But when I got to the Qdoba, your manager told me, the transactions did not go through on their side and she would not fulfill my order. I showed her the transactions and my account balance and she said there was nothing she could do. All of my grocery money is still tied up in duplicate Qdoba transactions and this manager sent me away crying. I had no money to get dinner from anywhere else. I fed my 10 year old instant rice for dinner last night due to this issue. This morning, I had 2 eggs left for his breakfast. I never made it to my class, or the grocery store. I still don't have my money back and Qdoba took zero accountability. I am going to work with my bank to hopefully remove the transactions, but as of now, I still don't know how I will feed my child and I went without breakfast this morning because I can't buy groceries. Again, I had more than enough money until the Qdoba payment system hit my account over and over again. I am heartbroken that a business I have consistently frequented could lack so much compassion. I started crying and asked her how I was supposed to feed my child and she said nothing. I am in a very bad situation because of a billing error on the Qdoba side, and I didn't even get an apology. I am panicking because I can't feed my child. How can you all just wash your hands of this situation? Is this how your business treats people? I am truly heartbroken and scared as to what the next couple of days will entail for my son and I.

Enjoyed a burrito with 2 kinds of beans, rice, salsa and a couple other random ingredients. Was a bit pricey but with the salsa it actually had a pretty good taste, and it was a decent sized portion. Had enough for a second meal the next day, which is actually great for me & would maybe expect considering it was an $8 mix-n-match burrito, lol. The gal making our orders wasn't the most friendly or talkative person (would've enjoyed it much more if she would've at least smiled once in awhile), but she did get our orders made quickly. Perhaps her less than warm reception was because we came in a half hour before close. We were the only ones there, but didn't stick around long though.

Pressuring vaccinated people to wear masks (see highlighted photo posted on the door). We weren't sure they would serve us without masks. There is no mask mandate and we are both vaccinated. I asked if we had to wear masks and the person shrugged. Server was rude, barely acknowledged my existence beyond me pointing out foods. They weren't busy. It was an unpleasant experience to be treated so poorly, not sure if it was related to my lack of mask. I don't even have a mask anymore, the mandate ended over a month ago. I'd wear it if I owned one, even though I'm vaccinated.

Came to this restaurant today at 9:30 pm for two bowls and it was the worst decision I made. First the Mexican lady working demeanor said it all. Half the food was put up already and the food that was still out was cold yet the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. When I got home I to eat my food I was highly disappointed after paying almost $30.00 for two bowls of food that taste like soap. 🤮 If I didn't have to get up so early in the am to be at work, I would've drove back and threw the food at the door. To the workers that close at night. *READ THIS CLOSELY!!!!!!! STOP rushing customers to complete their orders with your rude customer service, body language and huffing under your breath because you are ready to go home. STOP putting cleaning products on them towels used to wipe food from around the canisters with food still in them you are cross contaminating causing the food that is still out to taste like cleaning products. STOP putting all the food away at 9:00 pm and expecting customers' to not come in to order small to large orders. STOP looking so damn upset because you have to work past 10:00 pm the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm you’re not off at 10:00 pm. If you don't like where you work and can’t show excellent customer service skills then apply elsewhere and allow someone who wants to work and service customers the...

We recently needed a cater for our company luncheon and did not have a single clue of where to start when it came to what we wanted or how much to get of what we wanted. Zach was such an incredible help throughout the entire process, from helping us decide what options to go with for the best deal, and helping us narrow down quantities for how many we were feeding. He truly made the whole process seamless and easy. We also ended up having the perfect amount of food for the amount of people we had, which was a big worry we had going into it with not wanting to run out of food but also not wanting to walk away with so many leftovers. The amount of positive feed back we heard about the quality of food by the employees was outstanding as well, this guy knows what he’s doing all round on top of having one of the friendliest personalities. We will without a doubt be using this location and asking for Zach anytime in the...
