T.H.C. Dispensary — Local services in Oneida

I was in this store Dec 4, 24 around 4 pm. This was my first visit ever. A man just answered my questions, he did not initiated information about dosage and frequency I forgot to ask and had when I returned home. I told him I have no knowledge at all and want to try some edibles if it will help me to control pain. At the same time he sold products expired 3 months ago.

PS. Dear owner, thank you for nice response. I guess it was my fault - I did not prepare a list of questions for my first experience with such business. When I returned home I found many answers about dosage, frequency and potential effects in Google. Also, thank you for "huge discount" I was not aware and did not ask for. I do not know how much I saved from $50 I paid. I asked to round sale tax, but then said I will pay. I believed it was 1-2 dollars, but if it was huge - I am willing to send to a check. And, of course, I will not drive again 120 miles round trip and spend 3 hours for returning...

I read some reviews and was hesitant but after going down there it was WORTH it. So please make your own judgements! But to my questions to some of these reviewers are--were the workers being rude or were you being entitled? Because these workers are soooo nice...nice enough I am leaving a review which I rarely do.

The worker who has the septum ring (sorry girl, I don't your name) is incredibly good at her job! She's never given me bad recommendations and she's knowledgeable. We drive down from KY and I am always glad when she's there. She's also super nice and walks me through products REALISTICALLY. She cares about products and isn't just trying to be pushy. If it's your first time coming here def talk to her! Girl knows what...

I would give 5 star rating but the lady named Tracy is very rude to me everytime I come in to buy anything. I don't know her I don't understand why she's that rude to me. I walked in said hello how are you? What sales are on today and she rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders and with a cocky tone says 2 for 25 is all we have and walked off to go above and beyond to help the next set of customers that walked in.. I'm very upset about this and hope she's corrected for her sorry lousy customer service skills. Other then her everyone else has been nice and welcoming....
