I personally feel like I have been lied too. I called to pay off my bedroom suit, which I liked, but had some issues with quality early on. I thought I only owed 1,500 on the bedroom suit but have paid more than 2,429 just in monthly payments. I paid it off today and am thankful I don’t have to deal with the manager of this establishment anymore. I had to personally use additional money to fix the bed so it was useable, Plus I had to shampoo the mattress when I bought it because of stains! I thought after all the hassle they would take some money off my last payment amount and they refused to even try and accommodate me. Bad place to get anything from!!! Just got a “brand new” washer and dryer set from here that literally only lasted eight days, then they brought out a loaner washer that they knew didn’t work properly (they told me that it might not upon installation) and leaked in my apartments for 2 days. The assistant manager was very standoffish when I called back about the loaner and it was at that point that I told them just to come and get the machines and to terminate my contract because I wasn’t spending 2k on...

Very friendly fellows here. I was able to rent what I needed quickly; and my item was actually delivered the same day and they set it all up for me!!

I was even given a call back the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I was asked if they could do anything else for me.
