Zheng Bao Restaurant — Restaurant in Oneida

I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody they do have roaches we had one crawl across the table last night with several of my friends and our kids there was hardly any food on buffet we had to wait forever on the refill on our drinks we have to ask and then wait for more food and once it's brought out if there's more than three people in the restaurant what is brought out if you don't get to it is gone and you're having to wait again because they don't bring enough out and the honey chicken was so hard you absolutely could not eat it, you can hear them in the back being extremely loud not sure if they're cussing or what's going on there most of the food is hardly even warm the price is extremely ridiculous for what little food and service we had what made it worse was the roach crawling across our table while even our kids was even trying to eat it used to be good food good service great price now you pay for bugs to invade your meal I can only imagine if they're crawling on the tables like that what they would be like in the back or around the food be careful if you decide to go there roaches are nasty and you can get sick but for all of us WE will never go back...

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and we were two of only a few folks in the restaurant. We were seated immediately by a friendly waitress at a clean table. As we're generally not fans of buffets - especially at a slow time of day - we opted to order off the menu. I will say that the food on the buffet looked pretty good - especially the desserts. But we ordered from the menu. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken from the lunch special portion of the menu. My wife ordered the Jumbo Shrimp with Broccoli. The plates arrived in a few moments and the presentation was good. We both enjoyed our meals and found the service attentive a friendly. As we live quite a distance from any Chinese restaurants and we are certainly fans of the cuisine we will most certainly return the next time were are in the area at meal time. You should...

This place is absolutely disgusting! From the food to the tables. We were sick for 2 days after eating here, constantly in the bathroom. Everything was mushy and had sat out for hours and when they did put new food out, it was so old tasting. Like they have not changed their oil in months. They also overcharged us and when I tried to get the bill corrected, she said they do not have lunch prices anymore. And charged over $3 each for a pop. The grime and crud on the tables was the worst ever though, I'm not sure how the health dept has not shut then down yet. Definitely...
