Do not ever come here they sold us a washer and dryer as new that we're used and beat up then proceded to laugh because we should've knew they weren't new looking at them (we were oblivious to the fact they boxes and sold us the display models we worked something out to reduce the price because I told them I was bringing the washer and dryer back due to the issues dryer was overhearing not even 2 months into ownership now they are going back on the agreement and claim I owe them 500 past due for the price and payment difference we agreed on and want me to pay it and continue paying full price for used and beat up appliances. Long story short I'm bringing them their appliances and never going to use an arons again outright...

If I could give zero stars I would. One of their store members Adrianna needs to get on the same page with everyone else or simply be fired. Management told me one thing and then she told me otherwise. I just moved into a new home and management told me everything would be fine and then she tells me delivery can't be done until my driver's license or some kind of mail that comes to the home has my name and address on it. Horrible customer service. Sent a lawnmower for a basic repair, has been 4 and a half months now, no mower, no updates on the mowers status, store refuses to answer calls, when they finally did answer the manager, Brandon, hung up on me during my questioning the whereabouts of said mower.
