Shape'n Up Fitness Center LLC — Local services in Oneonta

Chuck at shape’n Up Fitness center is not a righteous business person. There is a sign every inch in this gym telling you everything you can’t do. Chuck the owner kicked me out of his gym over the phone, notified me that if I step one foot on shape’n up property that I will be locked for trespassing and he also stole my money that I payed him up front for my membership. I have only had my membership for about three or four months. I payed him over $300.00 cash for the whole year. I did not violate his contract. I did not disrespect anybody. I committed no crime. I posted a video on my personal Instagram page of me making fun of meatheads that I have had encounters with in this very gym. Everybody thought it was funny accept for chuck and a couple so called Christian people at shape’n up Fitness. You cannot be free or have fun at this gym. Chuck has kicked numerous people out for petty reasons with no legit explanation. He marches to the beat of his own drum and I refer everybody in Oneonta, AL to The Gym across the street from Oneonta City School. They have a hot tub and a swimming pool and senior citizen discounts. You can also be free there without judgment from people that talk...

Horrible business practices of a small country town ran by people with no experience or idea of what it is like to run a business. There is NEVER anyone there as far as staff.
