Very very disappointed about the $600.00 bill we got and everyone else as well got and even more than $600.00 a few. Months ago .... So y'all say it's cause of the cold front well we ran gas and no electricity so how in the world can it be $600.00 someone needs to be explaining bc everyone is still till today complaining how ridiculous that was and that y'all just put down whatever about y'all wanted too and I know y'all had to of make millions of dollars something needs to be done about that and I think y'all should either give half the money back or credit our bills or not charge us for a couple of months bc that's VERY VERY POOR SERVICE SND VERY VERY UNCALLED FOR AND RIDICULOUS SO RIDICULOUS I CANT SEE STRAIGHT WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT... I BET THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS THERE DIDNT PAY A PENNY AND THATS NOT RITE AT ALL WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND GET A PETITION STARTED ON THIS BC THIS IS ERONG BC I KNOE MY POWER BILL DIDNT GO FROM $200.00 TOO $600.00 THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY WHEN I USED GAS SND DIDNT EVEN HAVE THR FURNANCE ON DURING THAT TIME BECAUSE MATTER OF A FACT IT WAD OFF BECAUSE IT WAS TORE UP BROKEN DURING THAT TIME SO I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY CHARGED EVERYONE WHAT THEY FELT LIKE CHARING EACH CUSTOMER... IF THEY WAS ANOTHER POWER COMPANY THAT I COULD SWITCH TOO I WOULD SURE DO IT AND LEAVE ALABAMA POWER I DON'T THINK YALL WOULD BE.TOO HAPPY WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS SWITCHING OVER TOO ANOTHER COMPANY ONLY IF THEIR WAS ONE TOO BAD THEY ARENT BC I WOULD AND I KNOW THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF ALABAMA CUSTOMERS ALREADY ADMITTED TOO THAT IF THEIR WAS A DIFFERENT COMPANY BUT THEIR ISNT SO YALL ARE REALLY LUCKY FOR THAT SITUATION BECAUSE IF THEIR WAS YALL WOULD BE GOING BANKRUPTCY AND BE UO THE CREEK AND OUT OF BUSSINESS THAT WOULD BE A GUARANTEED 100 PERCENT BUT YALL ARR KUCKY BECAUSE ITS ONLY ALABAMA POWER SO FEEL GREATFUL FOR THAT AN BE GRATEFUL AND GIVE HALF OR MORE OF EVERYONES MONEY BACK BC THATS VERY POOR SERVICE ON YALLS BUSSINESS AND I ALREADY BEEN TOLD THERE IS GONNA BE A PETIONTION GOING AROUND FOR EVERYONE TOO SIGN AND ITS ALREADY BEEN COMFIRMED THAT EVERYONE THAT GOT A BUG BILL WHITCH WAS EVERY CUSTOMER THAT GONNS VE SIGNING TBSF PETITION OVER HOW POORLY YALL DID EVERYONE OF YALLS CUSTOMERS THATS PROVEN GUARANTEED 💯%💯%💯%💯 % THAT EVERYONR OF ALABAMA POWERS CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY COMFIRMED 💯%💯%💯%💯% THAT ALL CUSTOMERS WILL SIGN THE PETENTION GUARANTEED BC HOW POORLY YALL DID ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS..... If I could give them no star at all that would be what they would get,they have the monopoly on electricity,I have a very dear friend and this individual is disabled and all she has is a mobile home and all she tries to heat and cool is two rooms,it is less than 400 square feet and her power bill was $474,now I have seen people with 4 bedrooms 2 bath houses that would easily be 3500 to 4000 square feet and their power bill is at the most $300 to $350,is there not any one that can hold these people accountable,I watched her today take $75 and pay the remainder of a $874 bill or they were going to turn her power off,I took her to the power company at the 1st of this month and watched her feed their kiosk machine $800,is there say justice anywhere in this...

Everyone in here are very friendly and very nice. My first time in here I witnessed something that I haven't seen in years. A elderly lady came in and she was raising her grandson and didn't have the money to pay her bill that day and her cut off date was the next day the lady told them she would try her best to have the money the next day and she left after she left one of the employees ask how much was the ladies bill and she pulled out her own check book and paid the ladies bill. That let's me know that there are still good people...
