Mustang Tire & Lube — Local services in Oologah

Mustang Tire has not only cost me months of headaches but they cost me $5-$6k in the value of my vehicle!!! It initially was only $3-4k!

Back in September I tried to trade in my vehicle and was informed my Carfax showed my vehicle had an odometer rollback! (Which is fraud as well) Of course I wanted to know how my vehicle got this. I was given a copy of the carfax and there were multiple services from Mustang Tire and Lube on my Carfax that did not belong to my vehicle as I have NEVER personally been to this service shop! Upon investigation, the former owners of the vehicle frequented this service shop and now were taking their new vehicle there. Upon contacting Mustang Tire I was informed that they identify services based on the Tag and NOT the VIN! So every time the previous owners brought their new vehicle in their services were going on my Carfax. I emailed them a copy of the Carfax and asked them to please get in contact with Carfax and try to get these services off. I gave them several weeks before I contacted them again to see if there was any resolution. At which time I also saw on my Carfax that they had added a NEW service that did not belong (so they were still making the mistake) At this point I had also contacted Carfax myself. Every time I would call there I would get the same message that someone would call me back and give me an update which never happened. In the meantime I had multiple dealerships turn my vehicle away as a trade in because also no bank will loan on a vehicle with an odometer rollback. I finally had to sell my vehicle outright at what was informed to me a very reduced price so I could get the vehicle my family was needing!! Carfax has now sent me a resolution email taking the services off which jumped up the value of my vehicle several thousand dollars!!!

Mustang Tire did not even realize that them using the tag as the identifier was an issue until I pointed out in Oklahoma you keep your tag from vehicle to vehicle so with doing that not only have they messed up my Carfax, but who else’s Carfax have they messed up and devalued that individuals vehicle!! And how many people don’t even know!!!

Mustang has yet to acknowledge their wrong doing in this and even offer an apology...

I had an excellent experience at Mustang Tire and Lube! Sicily was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I needed two tires, which were very expensive due to my low-profile setup, but she found a more affordable pair that were perfect. They got them installed quickly and professionally. I also badly needed a tire rod, and they replaced it for me free of charge—such kind and generous service. I am forever grateful! Despite living in Broken Arrow, I will be returning for all my vehicle needs because the quality service here is worth the trip....

Blow out on our camper 1/2 mile from their shop. We didn't have the correct socket for lugs. Asked for help and was told they didn't do mobile. 30 minutes later we still couldn't find help so I called him back begging for someone to bring a socket and told him we would buy 5 new tires from him. His reply was that he didn't have any tires he would have to order them. He did give us a name of another tire shop that's the only reason he got 2 stars. Called Big Blue Tires shop. They helped us and had 5 new tires delivered within an hour. Installed...
