If I could do 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. I went in to get my drivers license renewed and to get a real ID. My physical home address does not have a mailbox nor have I ever received mail there. My grandmother came with me to explain our mailing situation and they told us to bring letters that have been addressed to us, hence we only have a PO Box. Whoever this disrespectful lady was that had brown hair and glasses, got an attitude with my grandmother when she was just confused. Told her to sit down and be quiet then walked away from me, since I was the one needing service. I said I needed my license still then I asked her to stop being rude to my grandmother and after that, she denied me service. All of these older ladies started yelling at us, asking us to get out. Not being polite at all. The younger lady sitting at a desk asked me (I am 19) if I have a bank account as if I am a child. Did not appreciate that. Called them some very unkind things and would absolutely do it again. 0/10. If you feel like you are going to have an inconvenience here, donāt go because they will belittle you and try to make you...

A customer calling for information is still a customer. And given current circumstances, EVERY avenue of customer assistance should be implemented, not just what's convenient.
After the customer finally managed to reach someone, the office attendant spoke condescendingly to the customer, blatantly invalidating both their frustration and the fact they very much did need service, however, incapable of being there physically.
All in all, I would have already cleared that office and put in people who are willing to do the job for all customers, not just those that they can't evade on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAre you sure this is a government agency? They answered my phone call on the first ring. When I arrived there was only 1 person in the waiting room. First experience Iāve had with the government where there were more employees than customers. The building is older, bet everything was nice and neat. Everyone seemed super polite and happy to help. Unfortunately they do not process drivers license transfers from out of state, but they were kind enough to direct me to my nearest department of public safety that could. She even gave me the phone number and address on a sticky note and warned me about the wait. If I ever need to visit an office again though I...
