I'm a patient of Dr. James Stauffer for years. He retired. Tanya Vogel replaced him. She is very cool & one might say efficient. Never has she touched me unless needed. Nor has she listened to my lung sounds. Unless I directed her. She & Dr. Saterwhite? from an ER visit decided something? I wondered why they decided i needed teaching marerial on anxiety when I've had anxiety since 2001. Yet the data rom Google regarding low magnesium was literally done by myself & a pharmacist. Thank God someone in the medical family cared. Tanya was so kind. My shoulder crushed on a Sat. night. I waited for the following Mon. to see her. God knows she seems very untrusting. So I've gone Sat.- Mon. am in excruciating pain. Tanya bless her cool efficient heart prescribed me 10 Talwin. She had me x-rayed at hospital. She notified me on Tuesday. Lol. The x-Ray tech's asked me if the doctor wanted to "know" the results of my x-ray. I shrug. " I don't guess so. I drove three blocks to ER. I do not remember that drive. I had a ride on Mon. Just wish there was more feed back. I saw you over 2 weeks ago about a spot on my neck and I've heard nothing back. I'm also suppose to be checking on a mammogram and colonoscopy and I've heard nothing. I've been sick with Covid and I understand it's a virus that can't be treated but some cough syrup or something for my sinus pressure would have been great. I'm very disappointed in my care at this point and plan on changing Doctors. I will also add that I know for a fact that I caught covid from the clinic. I've not been anywhere for a month but to this office to get my blood checked and then I get covid. I am so happy I just happened to get placed with Tana Vogel for a last minute appointment. I have not had a PCP for years due to multiple cross country moves, but I will be with Tana for as long as she is in practice! She has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced, and is super friendly and understanding. I’ve already referred multiple patients to her and will continue to do so. Even the front office staff is friendly, and they always get me back quickly for appointments, plus my appointments start right on time (which is super important as a small business owner where free time is already limited).
