United States Postal Service — Local services in Oologah

I have the post office app that lets me know when and what mail i'm getting. However, it seems like the post People don't know how to read an address. There happens to be a street name on there as well as a number, here's an example a what add address would read. ( 1122 BOOGIE BOOGIE AVE ) DO YOU GET IT 🤪. Not just a number. But for some reason, all they read is the number🤪 So people end up with my mail. That's not supposed to and I end up with their mail... Really come on male person. I don't think I should have to go door-to-door to see where my mail showed up at. If the mail people would just learn to read the address like they used to years ago. It would be nice that our bills etc would show up when they're supposed to. What else would be nice if they stop making excuses, like we haven't already heard all them before from the same people over and over. What are their excuses is? Well, your regular person's on vacation. And so there's a new person.Well, that's funny that new person I see.Just about every time that person goes on vacation. Reading the address doesn't change. You know, years ago, the male people used to go on vacation and there would be a substitute, no problem. We had a male post master several years ago, that was just terrible. It was real bad. Then he was replaced with a woman that actually fixed it, and everybody was gettin their mail, Wow. Well, now they changed it again, and it's another male postmaster, and we're back to the same old thing again. Wondering where our mail is and Who has it and when are we actually gonna get it lol, not gonna hold my breath, tomorrow, maybe next week or maybe never. However, I wish they put both hands out slowly Reach behind and pull their head out. Start doing your job and read the full address. they really need to start testing these people again before they hireem.. Cause I have a feeling they stop testing them cause years ago. When they did they never had any problems. Until I moved into this area about 15 years ago. You know, I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just want to get my mail when i'm supposed to. After all we all pay for the service. If I had a service and you were my customer, I would take care of you the way you should be and I wouldn't be making excuses excuses. You would never hear me complain about anything. If you just read the full address and put the mail where it belongs and not down the street / around the corner, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Considering I get other people's mail from different addresses. Most of the time. It has the same number, but that's not the same house. It's a different street, wake up, drink some coffee or something, My goodness Do your job. I don't even want to give you one star. Because you people don't deserve it. As of late Oologah post office has not been delivering our mail or packages to our home daily. I don't know if is because they are short handed, but I get emails of mail pieces I am supposed to get on certain days and I don't get that mail for days, my packages that are to be delivered on certain days are taken back to the post office & I have to go there to pick them up. Since the construction on the bridge and 300 Rd, it is impassable and the mail can't be delivered without the letter carriers going all the way around. We're being told to pick up at post office.
