While visiting the area, we saw the Meat Mart’s shop from the road and decided to check it out. So very glad that we stopped by - three times in fact, during our stay, and we were impressed with the quality and taste of everything that we tried. We purchased ribeye steaks, twice baked potatoes, smoked bacon, ground chuck, steak & bacon burgers, pimento cheese, beef and cheese sausages, among other purchases. So glad to have a butcher shop in the area. Great service. We bought a strip steak for the grill. It was so very tender. Overstuffed potato was great. Bought some sausages too but they are in our freezer for the moment. I think the prices are very reasonable. I expected them to be higher, in fact ! I live in GS so will not be over in OB every week, but when I do , I'll be stopping in and grabbing stuff for the grill. Also they do this frequent shopper thing where you get a card which accumulates money to get stuff free. Really...

We love the Orange Beach Meat Market. Some of our favorites is the salmon, duroc pork chops, lamb, twice baked potatoes, and pimento cheese. They have wonderful seasonings as well.
