I would like to express my business dealings and gratitude towards VOLKS AUDIO ORANGE CITY FLORIDA. They set me up with a superb sound system for my 2013 Ultra Limited. As a working Sound Engineering for the last 30 years, I knew what kind of sound quality I wanted on my bike. Now, to having a motorcycle produce concert "like sound quality" was challenging to me because I only have 12v dc and limited space to work with. I was unsure my bike battery/ starting issues would become a serious issue while out riding. I understand compressor limiters, equalizers, crossovers, amplifier and so forth to producing professional sound. How can all that be put on a motorcycle without having to pull a trailer....LOL

DAYTONA BIKE WEEK 2021 I was searching for answers at J&P Cycle Destination Daytona with a customer service rep. He said if it was him looking for what I was looking for in a sound system for bike that he would go see Karl at Volks Audio. He wrote down their number and gave it to me. I called Volks Audio. Karl said to come on out to the shop as they were going to be work late that day on other bikes sound installation as they prepared for Daytona Bike Week 2021.

When I arrived at the shop I was amazed at Karl's attention to details and willingness to demo different sound system he had completed. He understood my goal and addressed my concerns. Karl suggested a Limitless battery which is 3X the power of a conventional Harley battery. I didn't have to upgrade my stator. He demonstrated what a high-end sound system sounds like with his bike and invited me and my wife to a HD Seminole Sound Competition.

Here in Michigan at different ride events this year people want to know where is that deep crystal-clear sound coming from. They want to know what I have as my bike still looks like it did when I bought it off the show room floor. Everything is tucked away in its place nice and secure.

Budget is something you want to consider for sure. Professional show bike sound with high class qualities or professional, "Ride My Bike Everyday" sound with classic old school jams. My budget level got me what I was looking for without breaking my bank. I like to ride everyday if possible.

[ ] Follow up - July 2021. Trailered my bike back to Florida to have Karl install a digital processor and tuned in my limits on both amps to balance out my sound quality range. Let me tell you about Karl!!! 1st we met Karl the weekend of Daytona Bike Week 2024 as he should have been enjoying the Hulk & his weekend off. This man came in & worked his tail off consistently. When my guys bass stopped working in his bike his builder himself said go to Volks. We had breakfast and went to directly to Volks & Karl was on the floor working on a friend's bike. 2nd He had been working all morning. 3rd On his day off! When he finished our friends bike which when he was done sounded AMAZING! 4th He got directly to my guys bike & when I say Karl was thorough he was thorough professional & knowledgeable kept him informed throughout the process. Karl done an awesome job at a reasonable price. And he made sure my man's bike sounded great & made for sure he wouldn't have to spend another dime which to me means alot because some don't care they like to have you constantly spending.....He truly was a blessing this day. He definitely has customers for life! From what I've experienced I have a home in Florida & in Ohio when it comes to recommendations near far & in between I would send anyone to Volks. Thank you Karl for you expertise & excellent customer service hopefully you'll bring #TheHulk to Myrtle Beach for the sound competition & we'll get to see more of you excellence!

What a fantastic experience went in for an analysis of my recently at home installation. I found out that the people who did the installation had no idea how they were going to do the job and found out that it was poorly done. When at Volks I wasted my time on the previous job. I was told what needed to be done and the cost. Came in the next day and left the car. After the cost and the equipment that was to be installed. I went in the next day and they were finishing up. The owner called me in to the shop. He asked me to sit in the passenger seat and played the system and I was dumbfounded by the sound of the music. I couldn’t stop smiling and all I could say was WOW. The skills of the workers and the owner was evident in the final demonstration. I strongly recommend VOLKS as the premier and best audio installation. The owner is knowledgeable and with a lot of experience. Top of the line equipment and the friendly service was above par.
