Tho shopping center has a difficult time with many long term retailers and looks like so much more sprawl. There is a Win Dixie here - that’s not a great thing - and a decent Italian Pizza restaurant, and a wonderful Chinese take-out. I have not used the nail parlor.

The building, grounds, and parking lot could all use better maintenance. They all show signs of neglect and decay.

How is this plaza not gotten better it is got empty store after empty store. The area certainly warrants stores in this plaza as it's in a prime location. People from DeLeon springs Barbourville Astor and Pierson all have to drive there to shop the anchor store Winn-Dixie always seems to be struggling.
