I needed kitchen cabinets. I live more than a hour away. Instead of getting a quote today I got a call from the manager saying the kitchen girl doesn't feel like doing her job. I couldn't believe what he said and asked for him to say it again. Unbelievable, The manager being her uncle seems to be riding the supply and demand train. I purposely will not do business with this store without evidence of correction. These positions should not be ran by lazy people who use thier feelings as justification not to do your job, and don't want to work, wasting your time. Other workers in the store are amazing and the kitchen lady in Crozet is stepping up to take care of us. I lived in Madison for a few years before realizing that this store is for everyone, not just contractors. I often go to Lowes for my home improvement needs, but next time I buy tools, I will definitely shop here. My first time here was for zip ties and I didn't want to drive all the way to Culpeper or Ruckersville. First thing I noted was that the guys here are so professional and extremely nice and helpful. Cardinal Home Center provided me with exceptional service that would be difficult to find at any other big box store. The staff are knowledgable, attentive and make it clear that the customer is important, and they are just generally kind people to deal with. On top of that, the prices are extremely competitive with a majority of the items actually lower than the other places as well. If you are looking for lumber, this has to be your first stop.
