Los Brothers Restaurant — Restaurant in Madison

We ate Brunch at Los Brothers last Sunday and enjoyed it VERY much! My husband ordered Smash Burger with fries and I had the American Breakfast. Both were delicious - and the hand-cut fries were the best we've ever had! The restaurant has been beautifully redecorated and is very elegant. It felt so comfortable and Camilla and Claudia, who waited on us, were both very attentive and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Doug and one of the brothers, Alex, also took care of us and later we talked with the other brother, Lenny, who is helping us plan a family anniversary party there this coming Fall. The smash burger was absolutely delicious, and those fries? Chef’s kiss. We also tried a pupusa and the sweet potato wedges with honey mustard—both were solid additions to the meal. My husband ordered the Brother Breakfast, which was tasty, but the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Adding an extra protein option could really elevate the dish and make it more satisfying. The pupusa was a little on the dry side, but overall, everything else was full of flavor and well-executed. Highly recommend this spot—we’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Let me start off by saying I am a foodie. I love food. This is my second time here. The first time I came out it was breakfast(which was also good). This time it was for dinner. My wife got the pork chops and my daughter got the Cesar salad with grilled shrimp. They both loved what they got. I got the ahi tuna tacos. I didn’t realize it was an appetizer, but when I tasted the first bite I needed another order. This is fine dining at its best. It is a mixture of everything from steaks to pasta.
