Hi, I want to give you feedback on the receipt of our recent order. I have waited 24 hours before sending this so I could cool down.....

My first interaction was with the boxes on the skid. It was one of the most broken and crappy skids I have ever seen. See attached picture.

Next I spent 1hour 45 minutes just getting the bed out of the boxes. It was like a Russian Nesting doll. The items were in their original boxes they shipped in from Malaysia. But you guys went to a whole new level by wrapping styrofoam around the original boxes and then more cardboard around the styrofoam. Then there as shrink wrap around each box. The added styrofoam and cardboard was taped down so much that I was wondering if you actually wanted me to open the boxes.

From a business perspective you have created a double negative.

Wasting a ton of time and material by adding the styrofoam, extra boxing and rolls of tape. Upsetting customers because opening your packages takes so much time. It should never take 105 minutes to just get the furniture out of the boxes. Plus I need to dispose of all of this extra packaging.

A solution that would have worked much better and use the same amount of shrink wrap and be customer friendly - put all boxes on a quality skid and shrink wrap the original boxes...

I did so much shopping and I was delighted when I found this bunkbed and was able to get a queen on top queen on bottom and a full xl trundle. I was able to fit this in a very tiny bedroom that is 10’6” by 10’2”. It was a bit scary purchasing an item that is over 600 pounds and was freight shipped to my location. I held my breath until today when my two handy people got it all set up and it is absolutely beautiful! (Took them about 2 1/2 hours). It is sturdy, it is lovely to look at and it actually fit with not a hair to spare between the door latch and the bed. I was so impressed with the help I got from Tony and Jason through the whole process, even had a question while the handy people were here and like every time, they picked the phone up and were able to help me. I don’t write many reviews, but this company and the product highly impressed me And I would want others to know not to be afraid!! I am soooo happy with this high quality bed! Great...

Love this BUNK BED! Researched for weeks, was about to pay too much. Then I found the Dillon bunk bed, took the risk and ordered it. Well not too big of a risk since the seller is based in So Cal. too. It arrived three days ahead of schedule, the delivery service called us ahead of time to schedule delivery appointment. I did not want to take the complete day off from work to accept the order. The driver called me when he was 30 minutes away from home. They placed the boxes in our garage. We ordered the Dillon Queen size bunk in black. We received a total of 5 boxes, two boxes for the headboards, one for the rails, one for the slats and the ladder. Arrived very well packaged, no scratches. It took my husband about an hour and a half to assemble solo. No need for box spring, just the mattresses.
