Amanda is a scam artist. I asked her for highlights. My hair is naturally red and I been getting highlights in my hair for nearly 20 years. Never once has it taken 2 sets to lift. She put it in my hair and let it process for 5 min the rinsed me out. She cut 12in off my hair and it wasn’t even close to what I asked for $200 later and refused to give me a half refund.
