I ordered flowers for my friend at the hospital. I wrote what to say on msg and the card attached was misspelled and done not so neatly. Also the set I ordered that I picked for the dark pretty colors was not at all the one she received either. They did get it to her asap as I asked though so she was able to get them in case discharged but I would of rather they msged or called to tell me they didn't have the set I ordered and I would of told them a diff one cause the one I picked was so Beautiful why I paid so much for it cause the picture looked so very pretty. These were nice just not quite worth what I paid for them and the card I was sort of embarrassed by it cause what was written didn't make sense and had misspelled words on it. The card was to say.

First pic is what I paid for $80 dollars for this. 2nd is what she got, the service was prompt as I ordered evening before but they advertise next day availability. 3rd was the card. The words were misspelled and I was so ashamed I never would of sent that to someone's family or friend. The words aren't spelled correct and the msg I asked for is not written on it the words are all scattered out...

Went in a few days ago, to look at the book, for IDEAS, but this place seems to think that the book pictures are final say. I'm paying for whatever I choose, not you! And, if I want to walk in circles, talking to myself and my family, about what we want the flowers to look like for our kid's Papa's funeral, then that is what I will do! Instead of being understanding and helpful with some ideas, the owner threw her clipboard on the counter and let us know that we can't even make a decision.... I'm sorry, do you know me?! We have never had a problem with this place, but honestly, you are in a position that requires you and your staff to be compassionate and patient!! If you're miserable in your position, maybe it's time to reconsider it!! I'm the one that lost someone, not you. Never again.... Rushing isn't how very many people pick funeral flowers... We live in Texas and I needed to order flowers for my Uncle's funeral in Ohio. I found Beth Allen's Florist on the internet and looked at their website. I ended up giving them a call to make sure I could get a blue and white arrangement. I spoke with a lovely young lady named Amanda who was more than accommodating. After I explained what I wanted she asked for my number, so I didn't have to stay on hold while she spoke with her manager to make sure they could arrange for what I was requesting. She called me back right away and assured me the arrangement would be blue and white and beautiful. One of my cousins sent me a picture and I couldn't be more pleased!!
