My wife and I had family over and ordered four pizzas. Two were cheese, one was pepperoni, and another sausage. All were supposed to have garlic butter crust. We picked up the pizzas, came home and opened them to find that the first cheese pizza wasn't even cut. We also discovered there was barely any cheese on the cheese pizzas. Cutting the uncut pizza was rough because the crust wasn't fully cooked. The sausage on the sausage pizza had no flavor. No spicy flavor added, or just a cheap bland kind of cut up sausage. We wondered if they used a cheap version of turkey sausage, not sure. The worst came when not one of the pizzas had the garlic better crust. None of them did when all should have had it. When I called the order in it seemed the one taking the order had trouble taking it. When I picked it up, we could not be found in their computer, but was entered with my first name and phone number. The one going over my order read back incorrect pizzas but then went over it again and read it right, except she did not mention the garlic butter crust. I asked "I asked for garlic butter crust on all of them. Is that in there? She nodded yes.
After not getting what was ordered, I called to complain as soon as we were home and opened them. The manager offered a $4.00 credit. She also offered for us to take them back and put the garlic butter crust on. Since it was later in the evening I opted for the $4.00 credit. As the pizzas were being eaten, and by those that normally like Little Caesar's pizzas the best, they put them down and the pizzas were barely touched after that.
Normally I would take the $4.00 credit again, but after seeing the care and lack of quality given, we will not visit this...
Read moreI ordered online. Went to pick my order up at the designated pickup time. My order was not ready. I asked the counter ladies about my order and they said that there was still going to be a wait. 30 minutes later, I asked about my order again. With a rude tone and look the two counter ladies looked at each other and laughed. The app then notified me that my order was just placed into the oven. Another 30 minutes goes by before I have to ask again for my order. More laughing from the staff and 10 minutes after that I got my order. The pizza was cold as if taken out of the oven and left sitting in the back not in a warmer. I called and spoke to the so-called manager. She said her was Autumn. I asked for her manager's name and number and she refused. I requested a full refund and she then told me I was absurd, laughed out loud and said there was nothing she could do to help me. I will never spend another cent at that Little Caesars again! It just doesn't get any more ghetto than the way this place is run...

She said she can’t take it because she didn’t have change….please, ok so went out to my car, counting change and grabbing whatever to come up with $32.00… went back in with all my change and whatever else I had, went up to the counter, RUDE again and states “she was next”, said I was just in here and again she says “she’s next” To be honest I don’t think she knew how to count change back, and that’s why she “couldn’t” take the $50.00 Not open on Sundays, very RUDE employees, so yeah won’t be back Continue the service that you give, you may be closed for the rest of the week, every week,. Just so you know giving bad, rude service is what closes places...
