Haas Bakery — Restaurant in Oregon

I just had the worse experience of my life at this place. Unprofessional and full of lies. They were out of donuts so I got banana bread and a smile face cookie. However, before I got the bread I asked was it fresh and Emily said it was. Well, I found out it wasn't fresh. I then called back to let them know and Emily had an attitude. I walked into the place and Emily thought I was just supposed to leave without my money. So she called the owner and I got a refund. They asked for my name and I didn't have a problem Giving it but they asked for my number and because I wouldn't give that I was asked to not come back. Well, that's OK. I'll take my business elsewhere because this place has gone down hill. It's no longer fresh. They freeze the stuff and it's in there for days....

I've never heard of a donut shop not knowing how to take a glazed donut and add either chocolate or maple frosting. You can either get just glazed..plain glazed or the frosting. Not both. You can literally go back to the back and frost a layer of said choc or maple. I worked in a mum and pop bakery before and we did this all the time. When we ask for it we get attitudes and a big fat no we can't do that. This place use to be decent. The prices are over priced for dry or over cooked donuts. The staff always seems mad at customers or each other. The environment is tense and not pleasant. Sad another mum and pop shop going down the drain because management and employees can't...

I put in an order for 7 glazed pecan rolls and 2 chocolate cake and 2 plain cake both with no icing..They said the gentleman that was making the donuts wasn't making the pecan rolls was going home early because he was sick..I was understandable and said just call me when he does make them (this was a Mon or Tuesday). I hadn't heard from them by Friday, so I called they said they had the pecan rolls to fill my order,but when I got there I had to take bothe glazed and frosted pecan rolls and only got 6, 2 plain cake but no chocolate cake plain. I believe they totally forgot about my order...and it was lucky I called, because I would have never...
