Lee Williams House of Meats — Local services in Oregon

Will not be back. Lost a lifelong customer who regularly spent $200 in your store. I went in to your store today and asked for a tray of the crab salad like I have every year (roughly 10 lbs.). When I asked I point at the large tray in the cooler and told the woman behind the counter I wanted one about the size of what was in the cooler. She said so only a lb or two. I repeated myself, no I wanted a tray full of crab salad. A second woman comes out and I reiterated what I wanted to her. She decided to rudely tell me I needed to order it ahead of time next time (even though I never have in the past, if there wasn’t enough I would have just bought something else this time). When I saw her grab a bucket I let her know again I wanted it in a tray since we were taking it to a party. She let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes at me. You guys need to teach your employees how to handle themselves. Maybe some listening skills would be beneficial too... never have I been so rudely treated there. Will not be back. I’ll head over to Tanks in Elmore next...

The white old short hair blonde lady cashier is beyond rude!! Every single time she is at the front register when my husband and I come in, she’s glaring at us, doesn’t greet us but will greet every white person that comes in after us. I hope she enjoyed putting back our $80+ worth of meat and sides. Just because she had to make another comment about me needing a new card (mine is in bad shape but works after a couple swipes/ with receipt paper) she swiped my card twice and said “it’s not working”. I told her I can use receipt paper and she said “it don’t work like that!” She is the only cashier that gives me a hard time and is extremely unpleasant! I took my card back and told her that she needs to work on her customer service skills and the receipt paper does work because other cashiers there do it all of the time and that she is the only person at that store that treats us this way. We won’t miss that place and definitely will...

The workers at this store were really rude! My number was called and the lady said the number really low and I was all the way on the other side of the counter and when the changed the number I let her know I didnt hear her call my number she glared at me and said “well you need to wait for the next person”. I waited patiently and the man came up and I asked if he could help me and he said “nope I’m going to lunch”. There’s no customer service there and the workers are rude. I’ll be contacting corporate and I won’t be going to this...
