I recently went in and was looking to buy a vape. I asked about one they had and it sounded like the flavor may be something I would like. How ever I don’t like lemon flavor. I specifically asked the attendant if it contained lemon. He told me that it does not. After leaving the store I took a drag to discover that it indeed had lemon in it. I don’t find myself wanting to send stuff back. But I asked him very specifically if it had lemon in it. So I felt as if I should go back and let them know. I explained to them that I could taste the lemon and that he had specifically told me it wasn’t in it. He then asked me if he could puff on it to verify. I said yes he did, then he handed it to the other attendant and she proceeded to drag off it and say the same. Then the explained they weren’t going to take it back and that I could have a 20% discount on my next vape. I said if I had been allergic to the lemon and had gotten sick from it do they see how that could be there fault. And from that I was told I can not expect the workers to know what is in the products that they are selling and that it is ridiculous for me to expect them to. I did end up buying another vape from them and throwing away the one they both decided to take puffs off of. I don’t understand why you should not be expected to know what products you are selling. I also can’t understand why you would not place the offer of the 20% off prior to asking to smoke on it. My answer would have been very different if I had known I was still going to walk out of there after allowing you to put both there mouths on it. Read moreThis is a fairly nice place. You walk in and there is always so many nice smells and, while the staff doesn't seem to be super experienced with vaping supplies, they go way above and beyond to help
Having said that, this shop doesn't consistantly enforce mask wearing. If you're reading this and COVID is gone and masks aren't needed, I don't have any critical feedback to give. If you are concerned about mask safety, though, you might want to find another business to support until the need for masks have gone away.
When I went in recently, there was someone that walked in without a mask and started restocking. I pointed him out specifically as someone not wearing a mask, and the staff didn't react. As I was leaving, he was getting into the colorful Sotgies work van. He's at least an employee or possibly a manager or owner. It was then that I realized why they didn't react when I pointed him out specifically, and why they likely don't prioritize mask wearing.
Other than masks, this is the kind of place we need to continue supporting. Great service...

I told them I have the novo 3 and that the pods are all black and see through. She said we definitely have them.
