German Auto Shop did it again! You can't find a better mechanic! It's been over a year since I'd had my car worked on by Wes and it finally came time to get a few repairs done. The day I called in he had time on his schedule to fix it. Not only did he do a good job of fixing a few broken sensors but get this.... this is the kicker. The drivers side window roller downer thinger (not sure what it's called) has been broken for a long time. I haven't repaired it so therefore I haven't been able to roll down my window for a long, long time. I know, I know, I should have taken care of this a long time ago. That's beside the point.

I get my car back from Wes and the freakin stud just replaced it for free. He apparently went to the Junk yard about a year ago and saw a part that I needed, he thought of me and my car, picked up the part and has been hanging onto it for the last year. Then I finally show up and he replaces it without me asking or without me paying for it. WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC IS THAT COOL THAT THEY WOULD FIND A PART FOR YOU, HOLD ONTO IT FOR A YEAR, AND THEN REPLACE IT FOR FREE!!!!!!. I'm telling you these guys are awesome! I need to emphasize how professional, skilled, and overall gem of a person wes is. This shop is run just by him, and he saved me having to buy an entirely new car. I purchased 2014 vw jetta from a local dealer that ended up having a cracked cylinder and when the dealership and "warranty" from them failed me I thought I was out almost 15,000 dollars with only a broken down car to show for it. I brought it to wes about the middle 2024 and rather than doing temporary fixes he taught me and explained how it would be best to do an entirely new engine. Not only would it be cheaper since the engine I had was abundant in junkyards, it would be a more permanent fix. He helped me find the right engine for my car and was so patient when we had trouble finding it locally (I ended up getting it shipped from las vegas). But, once the new engine was at his shop it only took a week to do a whole engine replacement. and it was for a price you could only dream of at a dealership.
