I use to go to this food truck when I was a student at BYU in the mid 2010s. I LOVED it! The old owner and I were at a first name basis, that’s how much I went. It has ruined every gyro I’ve had elsewhere because none can compare to this. I have since left Utah and today I was back in town and decided to hit up the new location in Lindon. It’s still as great as I remember. It is pricier since my college days, but I feel this gyro has a lot more meat than back in the day, so that helps compensate for the increase of costs (though I don’t fault them since inflation has been pretty crazy). But I totally think the price is worth it, if you like spice make sure to get the spicy sauce with your original gyro. Also I recommend the fries as well! I promise it’s the best...
