I have been here multiple of times and NOBODY is as helpful and friendly as Mia, Autumn, and Alex! Very patient with me and my boyfriend always and they give the best recommendations for what you are willing to spend. Tbh I rather not even work with anyone else because the others have not been as friendly, I just feel rushed. Thanks guys for always making the experience pleasant and anytime I come I surely look for them even if it’s to say hi. We need more budtenders like them fa sure.

11/08 We gotta add Hannah in on this. She was super friendly and helped us make some good picks for the evening. Top 4 ppl here hands down and the receptionist I love her also. Black lady, dark hair and glasses, she is always the kindest and remembers us each time we come in.

Update 4/24 Stopped in today and was assisted by Bee. Wasn’t the friendliest person and I definitely felt rushed. She pronounced my name wrong(no big deal) as I went to say the correct spelling she says “ How can I help you” well alright moving right along. 😂 Yeah next time I’ll wait for someone else.

5/25 Let’s add Izzy to top budtenders. I have definitely had her a few times and today I forgot to get her name but looked at my receipt. She is super dope, pretty, friendly and chats with you like y’all are girls(friends) 😂 I just came back from a trip and was in need and she helped me out today and was super friendly and gave some good recommendations.

7/05 Stopped in 30 mins before closed and was helped by Rachel. She was super helpful. We didn’t even get a chance to look because we went with the first 3 of 4 that she showed us. She was right on it! She also gave us a food recommendation because we are foodies and love Mexican, so that was super cool as well.

7/08 Lens was super fun today! I told her she is in My crew and list of reviews for my favs. She was helpful, fun to talk with during check out, and super efficient. Once again another...

Joyology Auburn Hills, what more can I say ? You guys really have your products together & everything is a true connoisseurs experience. I’ve been to so many other places in the country but honestly I believe you guys gave me the Greatest Experience with cannabis ever !! I came in just looking for something simple, a pre roll & my Budtender was nothing short of perfect! She had a strain already in mind for me, & I didn’t second guess her decision & that makes the world of a difference when you just walk into a place for bud. There is obviously so much to select from, but this place had their own process that points you directly to what you need & that was top tier to me !! Natasha did a wonderful job helping me with my first purchase here & I was so impressed later with the quality of my product that I later thought I should have procured way more! Everything was A world class experience with cannabis & I work a lot but I hope to return to Auburn Hills, Michigan for another opportunity to experience this...

The store itself was really nice but a little bit overwhelming especially for a first-time visitor. We let our tender know that it was our first experience, but she almost seemed to be bothered that we were there. I wish she had spent a little bit more time explaining things to me or taking my questions into consideration, I did make a purchase and I'm decently happy with it. I was overcharged in the first transaction and I caught it. She tried to explain it away as fees, but eventually agreed that it was too much after asking if I was going to need a receipt, which left kind of a sour taste in my mouth. I also felt pressured to leave her a tip. We were told upon entry that as first time visitors we would receive some kind of discount or bonus, we mentioned a few times that we were first timers, but she didn't seem to acknowledge there was any kind of a benefit to being a first time shopper. I'm definitely going to check out some other dispensaries in the area, but I don't think I'm going to return...
